Charlie Sheen faces charges of felony menacing, misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief, after allegedly attacking his wife, Brooke Mueller, on Christmas Day, TMZ reports.

Sheen appeared in the Aspen court to hear the charges, but did not enter a plea.

In respect to the protective order against the 'Two and a Half Men' star, prohibiting him from seeing Mueller, the judge reduced it and he can now contact her.

Tabloid darling Kate Gosselin is taking her problems off the small screen and bringing them to you in her own words. Gosselin, whose divorce from husband Jon Gosselin was finalized this December, will release her latest book, entitled 'I Just Want You to Know: Letters to My Kids on Love, Faith and Family,' on April 13th, PEOPLE reports.

In a statement released by Gosselin, the reality star says, "Each day the thought crosses my mind that when they get older, my kids are going to look back and think about how they were raised... I don't want them to grow up and wonder; I want them to know without a shadow of a doubt how much I love them and how much every sacrifice made was worth it for them."

Although the Indianapolis Colts didn't go home with any Super Bowl rings Sunday night, Kendra Wilkinson and baby Hank were still dressed to impress in their sports gear to cheer on Colt's wide receiver Hank Baskett III.

Aside from posting the adorable photo, Wilkinson revealed why paparazzi caught her crying hysterically after the game. "I wasn't cryin' cuz of the damn game. It's cuz the paparazzi have no soul.. they wouldn't leave me n family alone!" she tweeted. "People like to twist this stuff.. we asked them to stop cuz of the baby n they were way too close n they didn't care at all."

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are still together -- and they've now taken legal action against the British tabloid that claimed otherwise.

The A-list couple is suing News of the World over its report that the stars were broken up and dividing their fortune.

"The News of the World has failed to meet our clients' reasonable demands for a retraction of and apology for these false and intrusive allegations, which have now been widely republished by mainstream news outlets. We have advised them to bring proceedings, which they have now done," Brangelina's London attorney Keith Schilling says, The Guardian reports.

The last person to see Michael Jackson alive has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the pop king's death, ending months of speculation and legal wrangling. Prosecutors announced the charge Monday against Dr. Conrad Murray, a Houston cardiologist who was with Jackson when he died June 25. He faces up to four years in prison if convicted.

Murray's attorney Ed Chernoff says Murray will plead not guilty. TMZ reports Murray will turn himself in at around 1 PM PT to face the charges. The arraignment is scheduled for shortly after his arrival.

Just weeks after getting extensions to lengthen her signature short 'do, Kate Gosselin cut some of them off.

The 'Jon & Kate Plus 8' star sported a choppier look with less curl than before while out recently in New York City.

According to Usmagazine.com, Gosselin hated the extensions. "She thinks her hair looks over­processed and damaged. She's afraid people will think she's one of Tiger Woods' bimbos!" a source told them.
