Although 'American Idol' judge Simon Cowell joked on 'The Tonight Show' recently about getting married sometime "in the next 10 years," it seems the wedding is going to be much sooner. 'Idol' stylist Miles Siggins told Fancast.com that Cowell and his girlfriend Mezghan Hussainy are planning to wed in September. "I was kind of surprised," said Siggins. "I knew they were dating, but I was surprised that they got engaged [so quickly]."

Although Katherine Heigl was scheduled to return to the 'Grey's Anatomy' set March 1 after three months of maternity leave, "she was not there," a source tells PEOPLE.

Sources told EW's Michael Ausiello that 'Anatomy' creator Shonda Rhimes has agreed to release Heigl from her contract. ABC Studios and Heigl's reps will then hash out a final exit agreement.

In an interview with Access Hollywood, Corey Haim's mother Judy Haim says an autopsy found the 38-year-old actpr had an enlarged heart along with the water in the lungs. Haim said she received a call from the L.A. County Coroner's Office who told her that an autopsy found her son had an enlarged heart and his lungs were filled with water. His cause of death was due to pulmonary congestion.

The Coroner's Office said that prescription bottles containing four different medications were taken from his room but would not confirm if the medications were found in his body. Haim will be buried in Toronto, Ontario, where he was born, the late actor's manager Marc Haislip confirmed to Us Weekly.

You may not be taking Lindsay Lohan's lawsuit over a talking baby ad very seriously, but E*Trade surely is. The online investment company issued a statement to PopEater Thursday slamming the star's claims that the commercial exploits her image as "without merit" and promising a vigorous challenge to the litigation.

"While E*Trade doesn't typically comment on pending litigation, we felt it appropriate given the high level of interest in the E*Trade Baby," the statement reads. "We believe the claims are without merit and we intend to defend ourselves vigorously in this case."

'America's Best Dance Crew' judge Shane Sparks has entered an official plea of not guilty to the eight counts of child molestation he was charged with back in December.

The Emmy nominee, who has worked with Aaliyah, Lindsay Lohan and Monica, was arrested on December 18. He was held on $590,000 bail in a Van Nuys, California, jail, and was released the following day.
